摘  要:为改善现有矿用防爆柴油机车的排放性能及经济性,以某型柴油机为研究对象,通过对现有电控技术的分析,提出组合式电控单体泵系统为研究的技术路线。对其进行电控防爆改装,改装后并对其进行台架标定及性能测试,测试结果表明:改装后的柴油机CO、NO_X排放均有很大下降。该升级改造变动小,能达到预期排放性能及经济性目标,适于在煤矿上推广使用。In order to improve the emission performance and economy of existing explosion-proof diesel locomotive,a type of diesel engine is used as the research object,analysis of existing electronic control technology,this paper presents a series of integrated electronic control unit pump system for the research of the technical route.After the electric control explosionproof modification,the calibration and performance testing of the platform are carried out,the test results show that the diesel engine CO、NOX emission have decreased greatly after the refit.The upgrade is small and can meet the expected emission performance and economic targets,it is suitable for use in coal mines.
