摘　　要：SMC材料在重卡车辆上被广泛应用,涉及到功能件及装饰件,产品种类多,结构复杂,产品材料的力学性能控制是保证产品质量的重要手段,文章通过对检测方法的对比和产品制取检测试样对检测结果的影响因素的分析,明确产品材料的力学性能控制的方法--在产品上制取检测试样是最有效的力学性能指标质量控制方式。SMC materials are widely used in heavy truck vehicles,involving functional parts and decorative parts.There are many kinds of products and complex structure.The mechanical property control of product materials is an important means to ensure the quality of products.Through the comparison of testing methods and the analysis of the influencing factors of the test results,the mechanical properties control method of product materials was defined.Namely,sample preparation on the products is the most effective quality control method of mechanical property.
