摘 要:目的建立卷柏药材重金属残留量测定方法。方法采用微波消解法处理样品,用原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光分光光度法测定卷柏中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)和汞(Hg)的含量。结果方法学考察结果显示方法合理有效,标准曲线的线性相关系数均≥0.9981,平均加样回收率分别为98.28%,97.31%,97.83%,97.49%和97.65%。5批样品的重金属残留量均在限度范围内。结论该方法适用于卷柏的重金属限量控制。Objective To estabish a method for determination of the heavy metal residues in Selaginellae herba.Methods Microwave digestion was adopted to treat Selaginellae herba samples and the content of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in Selaginellae herba was measured by using atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS)and atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS).Results The results of methodological study showed that the method was reasonable and effective.The linear correlation coefficients were not less than 0.9981.The average recoveries were 98.28%,97.31%,97.83%,97.49%and 97.65%.The levels of heavy metal residues of 5 batches of samples were within the limits.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,which can provide a reference for the quality control of Selaginellae herba.
