中药材及中药饮片质量的影响因素与质控措施

摘　　要：针对中药材及中药饮片近年较为突出的掺伪、掺杂、染色、增重等问题,以及因种植、生产加工、流通贮藏、炮制等不规范而造成的中药材及中药饮片质量问题,2017~2019年在河南省范围内开展中药材及中药饮片专项监督抽检工作,对抽检不合格的中药材及中药饮片质量问题进行汇总、分析,提出了相关的质量管控措施及建议,为相关监管部门提供技术支持和依据。Aiming at the problems of adulteration,doping,dyeing and weight gain of Chinese medicinal materials and decoction pieces in recent years,and the quality problems of Chinese medicinal materials and decoction pieces caused by nonstandard planting,production,circulation,storage and processing,special supervision and sampling inspection were carried out within Henan province from 2017 to 2019.The data of Chinese medicinal materials and decoction pieces unqualified are summarized and analyzed,and the relevant quality control measures and suggestions are put forward to provide technical support and basis for the relevant regulatory authorities.
