摘 要:荜茇为常见的药食两用中药,收载于中国药典2020年版及2020年版药食同源中药材名录。药用部位是胡椒科植物荜茇Piper longum L.未成熟或成熟的果实,广泛用于治疗胃溃疡、惊厥等,研究发现其对癌症、神经退行等疾病也有明显的改善效应。本文综述中药荜茇的化学成分、生物活性及安全性等,以期为进一步研究和开发提供参考。Piperis longi fructus is a conventional traditional Chinese medicine,which is also used in food industry.It is recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition)and the newly updated edible Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)list in 2020.The medicinal parts of Piper longum L.are the immature or mature fruits,which have been widely used for the treatment of gastric ulcer and convulsion.More and more studies have shown that Piperis longi fructus also have significant improvement effect on cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.This paper reviews the recent researches on the chemical constituents,the biological activities,as well as the safty of Piperis longi fructus for providing valuable reference for the further study and development of Piperis longi fructus.
