关于市域铁路综合开发的思考

摘　　要：综合开发是市域铁路可持续发展的重要支撑、城市空间优化拓展的重要驱动、满足旅客多元需求的基本保障。市域铁路综合开发的实施路径可大致分为前期分析、编制方案、实施方案3个阶段、11个步骤。我国轨道交通投融资模式有多种方式,目前较适合市域铁路综合开发的模式主要有PPP、股权合作、协议合作等模式。Comprehensive development is an important support for the sustainable development of suburban railways,an important driver for the optimization and expansion of urban space,and a basic guarantee to meet the diverse needs of passengers.Moreover,the implementation path of suburban railway comprehensive development can be roughly divided into 3 stages and 11 steps,such as preliminary analysis,plan preparation and implementation plan.At present,China's rail transit investment and financing models has a variety of ways,and the more suitable models for the comprehensive development of suburban railways are mainly PPP,equity cooperation,and agreement cooperation.
