摘　　要：目的对比分析中美医院网站建设的异同点,为国内医院网站建设提供参考。方法选取中美各10所医院网站,从网站设计、网站内容和网站功能3方面对比中美医院网站差异。结果美国医院网站颜色搭配、语种设置、便捷性、内容丰富度及周平均更新数高于国内医院,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中美医院网站内容及功能各有特色,美国医院网站更重视患者需求,并且在科研、数字化医疗信息资源建设等方面表现突出。结论国内医院网站需要跟进先进技术发展,重视英文网站建设,加强患者服务,建立特色资源库,并在推动科研进步中发挥作用。Objective To compare and analyze the similarities and differences of hospital website between Chinese and American,and to provide reference for domestic hospital website construction.Methods Ten hospital websites in China and America were respectively selected,and the differences between Chinese and American hospital websites were compared from three aspects:website design,website content and website function.Results The matching color,language setting,convenience,content richness and average weekly updates of American hospital websites were better than those of domestic hospitals,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,Chinese and American hospital websites have their own characteristics in content and function.American hospital websites pay more attention to patients’needs,and have outstanding performance in scientific research and resources construction of digital medical information.Conclusion Domestic hospital websites need to follow the development of advanced technology,attach importance to the construction of English websites,strengthen patient service,establish characteristic resource pool and play a role in promoting scientific research progress.
