摘　　要：目的介绍一种穿刺引流治疗甲下血肿方法,并分析其治疗效果。方法选取2015年3月至2018年3月苏州明基医院甲下血肿病人51例,用5 m L无菌注射器针头,于病指(趾)尖末端进针,挤压,穿刺引流,观察症状缓解情况。结果51例疼痛及肿胀即刻缓解,术后随访1周,无感染及复发。结论甲下穿刺治疗甲下血肿操作简单,安全性高,是一种行之有效的方法。Objective To introduce a method of puncture and drainage in the treatment of subungual hematoma,and analyze itstherapeutic effect.MethodsFifty-one patients with sub-hematoma in Benq Medical Center of Suzhou from March 2015 to March2018 were selected,,using 5 m L sterile syringe needle,needle was inserted into at the tip of the finger(toe),squeeze,puncturedrainage,and the relief of symptoms were observe.ResultsPain and swelling of 51 cases were immediately relieved and followedup for 1 weeks without infection or recurrence.ConclusionSimple puncture for subungual hematoma is an effective method withsimple operation and high safety.
