摘　　要：目的了解南京市老年人对家庭医生服务的认知和需求情况。方法采用便利抽样法选取南京市主城区的200名非签约居民进行问卷调查。结果是否需要家庭医生进行健康管理、常见病多发病首选医疗机构对签约意愿有影响。结论社区居民对家庭医生知晓率和支持率较高,但对该服务存在认知偏差,签约意愿率较低。建议加大宣传,提高居民对该项服务的认知程度,逐步引导居民签约,提升家庭医生服务能力,提高家庭医生式服务的认可度。OBJECTIVE To investigate the elderly cognition and demand of family doctors in Nanjing.METHODS A questionnaire sur⁃vey was conducted among 200 non-contracted residents in the main urban area of Nanjing by convenience sampling.RESULTS The willingness to sign a contract is affected by the need for family doctors to carry out health management and the primary choice of medi⁃cal institute for common diseases.CONCLUSION Community residents have a high rate of knowledge and support for family doctors,but there is a cognitive bias in the service,and the rate of signing is low.It is suggested to increase publicity,improve the residents’awareness of the service,gradually guide residents to sign contracts,improve the service ability of family doctors,and improve the rec⁃ognition of family doctor service.
