硫酸铁废料制备磷酸铁的初步探究

摘　　要：以工厂硫酸铁废渣为原料,经处理采用沉淀法工艺得到磷酸铁产品。考察了反应物浓度、反应温度对产品的影响,利用扫描电镜和X衍射仪对产品进行了表征。通过分析铁磷的含量,产品达到工业级磷酸铁标准。本文工艺成本低廉、简单可行,具有很好的经济效益与社会效益。The iron phosphate product was obtained by precipitation process with the waste residue of iron sulfate as raw material.The effects of reactant concentration and reaction temperature on the product were investigated,The product was characterized by SEM and XRD.By analyzing the content of iron phosphorus,the product reached the standard of industrial grade iron phosphate.This process is low cost,simple and feasible,with good economic and social benefits.
