摘 要:为研究打箭菊Pyrethrum tatsienense的化学成分,采用溶剂提取法、正反相硅胶柱色谱及高效液相色谱等多种色谱技术对其化学成分进行分离纯化.根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据,从打箭菊70%乙醇提取物中分离得到的17个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为苜蓿素(1)、芹菜素(2)、木犀草素(3)、7-羟基香豆素(4)、异莨菪亭(5)、二氢松柏醇(6)、反式阿魏酸(7)、2-羟基苯丙醇(8)、对羟基苯甲醛(9)、对羟基苯乙酮(10)、对羟基苯甲酸(11)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(12)、(rel-1R,2S,5R,6S)-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-6-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane(13)、(rel-1R,5R,6S)-6-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octan-2-one(14)、3-吲哚甲醛(15)、(rel-3S,5R,6S,7E)-3,5,6-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(16)、黑麦草内酯(17).化合物4~17均为首次从该植物中分离得到.To study the chemical constituents of Pyrethrum tatsienense,the chemical constituents were isolated and purified by solvent extraction method,the normal and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography.The structures of all isolated compounds were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis,as well as comparisons with the data in literature.Seventeen compounds were isolated and elucidated as tricin(1),apigenin(2),luteolin(3),7-hydroxycoumarin(4),isoscopoletin(5),dihydroconiferylalcohol(6),trans-ferulic acid(7),2-hydroxyphenylpro-panol(8),4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(9),4-hydroxyacetophenone(10),4-hydroxybenzoicacid(11),3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid(12),(rel-1R,2S,5R,6S)-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-6-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxa-bicyclo[3.3.0]octane(13),(rel-1R,5R,6S)-6-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octan-2-one(14),indole-3-carbaldehyde(15),(rel-3S,5R,6S,7E)-3,5,6-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(16),loliolide(17).Compounds 4-17 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
