摘 要:国家对NOX排放的控制越来越重视,针对这一问题,把某一热力公司煤粉炉作为研究对象。首先对该热力公司在实际满负荷运行参数下对其试验测点进行数据采集,得到测点的氧含量及温度的分布;然后在相同参数下利用Fluent软件对其温度场,O2浓度场进行数值模拟;将各测点的实际值与模拟值进行比较,结果表明各个点的试验值与模拟值误差都在16%以内,同时两者的整体趋势相同,验证了整个数值模拟过程中各个环节的正确性。最后研究其炉膛内NOX的分布,结果显示在燃烧器的上方主燃区域,NOX浓度较高,而在低温区域NOX浓度较低,为后续脱硝提供了理论依据。Our country pays more and more attention to the control of NOX emission.In view of this problem,the pulverized coal furnace of a thermal power company is taken as the research object.Firstly,the data acquisition of the test points of the Thermotics Inc boilers under full load operation parameters is carried out,and obtains the oxygen content and temperature distribution of the test points.Secondly,numerical simulation of temperature field and O2 concentration field is carried out by using Fluent software under the same parameters.The actual value of the measuring point is compared with the simulated value.Comparing the actual value with the simulated value of the measured points,the result shows that the error between the experimental value and the simulated value is less than 16%,and the overall trend of the two is the same.The correctness of all steps in the whole numerical simulation process is verified.Finally,the distribution of NOX in the furnace is studied.The results show that the concentration of NOX is higher in the main combustion area above the burner,but lower in the low temperature area,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent denitrification.
