当前我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状及完善策略

摘　　要：随着市场经济的进一步发展,我国体育的竞技水平得到了极大提高。为了进一步促进体育强国长久之计的顺利实现,应加强竞技体育后备人才的培养,以保持我国的体育大国的地位。采用文献研究、数理统计等方法对当前我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状进行探索,并通过对其影响因素的实证分析获得内在规律,期为我国竞技体育后备人才培养提供完善策略。With further development of the market economy,the competition level of sports in China has been greatly improved.To further promote China’s long-term plan to become a country with strong competitive ability in sports,the training of reserve talents for competitive sports should be strengthened to maintain China’s status as a sports power.In this paper we use literature research,mathematical statistics and other methods to explore the current situation of our reserve talent training for competitive sports,and discover the intrinsic laws through empirical analysis of its influencing factors so as to provide an effective strategy for talent training in competitive sports.
