一例犬先天性横膈心包疝的诊治

摘　　要：1只6月龄英国斗牛犬,连续多日腹泻、呕吐,最后因饮食欲废绝、呼吸困难而就诊。为了对该患犬进行诊断和治疗,试验采用血液学检查结合X射线、B型超声波检查的方法进行初步诊断,并根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果表明:根据患犬病史和临床症状,结合临床检查和实验室检测结果,综合分析确诊该犬患有先天性横膈心包疝。通过对疝内容物的整复及疝环的修补缝合,结合合理的术后护理,8 d后该患犬痊愈。说明先天性横膈心包疝进行手术治疗具有可行性,并能取得良好的预后。A 6-month-old English bulldog suffered from diarrhea and vomiting for several days, and finally went to the doctor due to diet failure and dyspnea. In order to diagnose and treat this case, hematology examination combined with X-ray examination and B ultrasound examination were used for preliminary diagnosis and treatment according to the diagnosis results. The results showed that the dog was diagnosed as congenital diaphragmatic pericardial hernia(PPDH) according to the history and clinical symptoms of the dog, combined with the results of clinical examination and laboratory tests. The hernia was cured 8 days later through the repair of hernia contents and hernia ring repair suture combined with scientific postoperative care. This indicated that the operation of PPDH was feasible and had a good prognosis.
