摘  要:为解决现有道面混凝土修补结构在使用一段时间后粘结面易出现裂缝,进而造成修补混凝土损坏的问题,该文综合考虑修补材料的表面粗糙度、粘结剂和养护龄期等因素,对一种新型混凝土路面快速修补材料的适用性和使用性能进行评价。设计三因素四水平正交试验进行系统研究,用劈裂抗拉试验和直剪试验测定复合试样的粘结强度。通过分析试样的剪切滑移特性,了解组合试件的实际粘结性能。结果表明,劈裂抗拉强度为1.21~2.43 MPa,直剪强度为2.84~5.92 MPa,粘结强度与表面粗糙度和养护龄期有较好的相关性;高表面粗糙度混凝土的滑移距离几乎是低表面粗糙度混凝土的3倍。该文研究的快速修补材料具有与旧混凝土良好的粘结性能,能够在早期产生较高的粘结强度,满足机场道面快速修补的要求。In order to solve the problem that the bonding surface of the existing pavement concrete repair structure was easy to crack after being used for a period of time,and then caused damage of repair concrete,this paper comprehensively considered the surface roughness,binder and curing age of the repair material,and evaluated the applicability and use performance of a new type of concrete pavement rapid repair material.Three factors and four levels orthogonal test were designed to study the bond strength of the composite specimens.By analyzing the shear slip characteristics of the specimens,the actual bond properties of the composite specimens were obtained.Results show that the splitting tensile strength is 1.21-2.43 MPa,the direct shear strength is 2.84-5.92 MPa,and the bond strength has a good correlation with the surface roughness and curing age.The slip distance of concrete with high surface roughness is almost three times that of concrete with low surface roughness.The rapid repair material studied in this paper has a good bond performance with the old concrete;it can produce high bond strength in the early stage,and be able to meet the requirements of rapid repair for airport pavement.
