摘　　要：研究型图书馆在数字资源的使用方面涉及知识产权风险。本文一方面由浅入深地梳理研究型图书馆数字资源的使用方式,关注研究型图书馆当前对于数字资源的使用方式和未来对于数字资源的使用需求;另一方面将研究型图书馆数字资源的使用方式与当前数字资源的使用许可协议进行匹配,分析数字资源的使用许可协议是否可以相应满足,并基于研究型图书馆数字资源的使用情况,提出合理可行的权益管理思路及建议,旨在从研究型图书馆数字资源建设的源头制定管理机制,以充分使用并发挥数字资源的使用价值。The use of digital resources in research libraries involves intellectual property risks. This paper, on the one hand, sorts out the use of digital resources in research libraries, and focuses on how the digital resources are used and libraries’ future demand for digital resources. On the other hand, the use of digital resources in research libraries is matched with the current using protocols granted to the libraries, and whether the using demands could be satisfied is analyzed. Based on the use of digital resources in research libraries, reasonable and feasible ideas and suggestions on rights and interests management are proposed in the paper, aiming at formulating the management mechanism from the source of digital resources construction, so as to give full play to its value.
