摘　　要：本文对澳大利亚国家图书馆的"澳大利亚这一代"口述历史项目进行了调研,在阐述项目概况的基础上,重点对其在线讨论论坛、Zotero数据库、数字索引系统、电子书等口述历史资源数字管理和利用方式进行分析,并总结了其工作经验。借鉴澳大利亚国家图书馆"澳大利亚这一代"的经验,我国图书馆应做好以下几个方面:把好口述历史资源形成的源头关,注重口述历史资源的动态管理,兼顾不同用户的不同需求,建立伦理风险评估机制。Australian Generations Oral History Project launched by National Library of Australia(NLA) provides reference for digital management and utilization of oral history resources in Chinese libraries. Based on the study and research, the paper focuses on analyzing digital management and utilization methods of oral history resources, such as online discussion forum, Zotero database, digital index system and e-books. Experience of the project Australian Generations provides reference for us. The origin of oral history resources must be controlled, and it should be managed dynamically. Users’ different requirements are to be fully considered, and the ethical risk assessment mechanism should be established.
