摘  要:从联络角度来看,学科服务的转型是通过学习、教学、科研、管理等多条联络主线,将工作重心转向学生的学习内容,教师、科研人员和管理者的工作内容,根据其需求和目标制定相应的策略。具体表现为从学科馆员到功能性团队的"去学科化"、从嵌入式服务到协作式平台的"媒介化",以及从展示数据到迎合战略的"价值显化"。转型过程中,学科馆员的图情专业能力必须被强调和重视,深度的媒介化协作式服务与普遍的嵌入式服务应当并重,作为服务根基的馆藏需要特色化建设和由内而外的输出。重视、依靠、拓展、维护联络关系,以联络关系的"不变"应"万变",是学科服务乃至学术图书馆转型的关键。From the perspective of liaison, the transformation of subject service is to focus on the learning content of students and the work content of teachers, researchers and managers through multiple liaison relationships such as study, teaching, research and management, and formulate corresponding strategies according to their needs and goals. It is embodied in the "de-disciplinization" from the subject librarian to the functional team, "mediatization" from embedded services to collaborative platforms, and "value manifestation" from presenting data to catering to strategy. In the process of transformation, the professional ability of subject librarian should be emphasized and emphasized, the deep mediabased collaborative service and the universal embedded service should be paid equal attention to, and the collection as the service foundation needs the characteristic construction and output from inside to outside. To attach importance to, rely on, expand and maintain the liaison relationship, using the peculiarity of "constant" to facing and embracing "changeable", is the key to the transformation of subject service and even academic libraries.
