摘 要:渤海A油田在进行套管负压射孔作业后,频繁出现卡钻事故,严重影响作业时效,但射孔后卡钻事故的原因一直难以确定,因此无法提出合理的预防和处理手段。本文以渤海A1井射孔后卡钻事故为例,详细介绍了该井卡钻事故发生和处理的过程,分析了事故发生的原因,并针对性的提出了预防和治理建议。分析表明,A1井的卡点位置在井下3056.9 m处,发生在射孔枪的底部位置;而射孔段环空体积远大于产生碎屑体积,因此排除碎屑卡钻可能性;通过建立管柱黏吸预测模型,计算了黏吸力为26.36 t,证明了该井存在黏吸卡钻;通过对出砂风险的预测并结合起出管柱的磨损情况,判断该井射孔后大量出砂从而发生出砂卡钻。综合判断该井的砂卡类型为黏吸卡钻和出砂卡钻联合作用的复合卡钻,根据该类型卡钻事故发生的原因,提出了加大储层注水量、配合屏蔽暂堵技术、适当减小射孔负压等具体措施和建议,对该油田其他井在预防和处理射孔后卡钻事故上具有重要的指导和借鉴作用。In Bohai A oilfield,after the casing negative pressure perforating operation,there were frequent sticking accidents,which seriously affected the operation efficiency.However,the causes of sticking accidents after perforating were always difficult to determine,so it was impossible to put forward reasonable prevention and treatment measures.This paper took the sticking accident of well A1 in Bohai Sea as an example,introduced the occurrence and treatment process of the accident in detail,analyzed the causes of the accident,and put forward prevention and treatment suggestions.The analysis showed that the sticking point of well A1 was 3056.9 m underground,which occured at the bottom of perforating gun.The annular volume of perforation section was much larger than the volume of debris,so the possibility of debris sticking was ruled out.Through the establishment of the prediction model of the string's viscosity and suction,it was calculated that the viscosity and suction force was 26.36 t,which proved that there was suction sticking in the well.Based on the prediction of sand production risk and the wear condition of the string,it could be judged that a large amount of sand production would occur after perforating,which led to sand sticking.According to the comprehensive judgment,the type of sand sticking in this well was the combination of suction sticking and sand sticking.According to the causes of this kind of stuck drilling accidents,this paper put forward some concrete measures and suggestions,such as increasing water injection of reservoir,cooperating with shielding temporary plugging technology,properly reducing negative pressure of perforation,etc.It had important guidance and reference function for other wells in this oilfield in preventing and treating sticking accidents after perforation.
