摘 要:针对高温深井管路摩阻高、施工压力大的特点,室内通过对强延缓交联剂的研制,以及加重剂、稠化剂、助排剂的优选,研究形成了加重压裂液体系配方,并对该体系进行了流变性能、摩阻性能、悬砂流变性能的评价,结果表明:180℃、170 s^-1、连续剪切90 min后黏度依旧保持在100 mPa·s以上;剪切速率为12000 s^-1时,基液降阻率为51.34%;180℃、剪切速率170 s^-1、连续剪切90 min,含砂体系黏度大于90 mPa·s。现场应用中,使用该加重压裂液比常规压裂液的泵压降低了14 MPa,表现出良好的降阻效果。该体系满足超深、超高温、超高压油气储层改造压裂需求。According to the characteristics of high friction resistance and high construction pressure of high temperature deep well pipeline.Through the development of strong retarding cross-linking agent,as well as the optimization of weighting agent,thickening agent,drainage aid and so on,the formula of weighting fracturing fluid system was studied and formed.The rheological properties,frictional performance and suspended sand rheological properties of the system were evaluated.The results showed that the viscosity remained above 100 mPa·s after continuous shearing at 180℃,170 s^-1 and for 90 min.When the shear rate is 12000 s^-1,the resistance reduction rate of the base liquid is 51.34%.180℃,shear rate 170 s^-1,continuous shear for 90 min,the viscosity of the sand system is greater than 90 mPa·s.In field application,the pump pressure of the weighted fracturing fluid is 14 MPa lower than that of the conventional fracturing fluid,showing good resistance reduction effect.The system can meet the needs of ultra-deep,ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure oil and gas reservoir fracturing.
