高血压脑室出血单侧与双侧脑室外引流的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究单侧与双侧侧脑室外引流治疗高血压脑室出血的疗效。方法63例高血压脑出血患者,其中30例患者采用单侧侧脑室外引流治疗,33例患者采用双侧侧脑室外引流治疗。分析比较两组患者的疗效、脑室出血清除时间及并发症的发生率。结果双侧侧脑室外引流治疗组的总有效率、死亡率、脑室出血清除时间、并发症发生率及生活能力评分与单侧侧脑室外引流治疗组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论双侧侧脑室外引流治疗脑室出血,较单侧侧脑室外引流的疗效好,并发症发生率低,尤其适用于重度脑室出血患者的治疗。Objective To compare the efficacy of two different methods of extra ventricular drainage(EVD)in the treatment of cerebral ventricular hemorrhage.Methods Of 63 patients with ventricle hemorrhage were treated with unilateral EVD,and 33 with ventricle hemorrhage were treated with bilateral EVD.Results The total efficiency,mortality rate,clearance time of cerebral ventricular hemorrhage,complication rate and living ability score of bilateral ventricle puncture drainage group were significantly higher than those of unilateral EVD group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of bilateral EVD is more effective than that of unilateral EVD,especially for patients with severe ventricular hemorrhage.
