摘  要:海绵城市建设可以改善我国日益严重的水资源与环境问题。居住社区是海绵城市建设的重要载体,很多居住社区设有大面积的地下建筑,因此地下建筑上方的土层在最大限度上实现"海绵体"功能,是落实海绵社区营建规划的重点。本文在分析地下建筑对海绵社区营建策略的影响基础上,结合金华市保利·大国璟小区项目,从雨水收集思维转变、雨水收集回用能力及效率等方面,说明了该项目的工程设施选择策略及实施细节创新,以期为今后海绵社区建设提供一些实践参考。s:S ponge city construction can improve the increasing problems of water resources and environment in China. Residential community is an important part of sponge city construction. Many residential communities have large area of underground buildings. Thus, the key point of sponge community construction is to realize the maximum "sponge body" function of the soil layer above the underground buildings. Based on the influence of underground buildings on "sponge community", combined with the "Poly Daguojing" project in Jinhua, this paper explains the selection strategies of engineering facilities and the innovations of implementation details from the aspects of rainwater collection mode transformation and rainwater collection reuse, in order to provide some practical reference for sponge community construction in the future.
