公共卫生视角下的“新邻里单位”变革

摘　　要：本文以突发性城市公共卫生事件为切入点,从邻里单位的住区规划角度梳理我国部分社区的现存问题,借此提出新邻里单位的思想,结合"健康社区"的概念,从健康设施和场所等方面进行变革,为我国住区的可持续发展提供新的思路。Based on a sudden public health event outbreak as the breakthrough point, the existing problems of some communities in China were sorted out from the perspective of residential planning in the neighborhood unit. Then the thought of "new neighborhood unit" was put forward, The concept of "healthy community" were combined to make reform in health facilities and sites so as to provide new thinking for the sustainable development of China’s residential blocks.
