摘 要:地下室工程抗裂防渗效果是否良好是决定当前地下室质量的重要因素之一。因此,在实际施工过程中,施工人员不但要制订合理的防水方案,还必须在施工技术上采取科学的方式方法。在施工时,工作人员应对本次施工技术指标进行详细地了解,并以此为据,确立真实有效的管理方法,然后选用良好的原材料,掌握合适的配比。因此,本文基于笔者地下室工程的经验,就高层建筑物地下工程施工中如何实施抗裂防渗技术进行了简单探讨分析,以期为后续施工提供一些参考意见。Whether the anti-crack and anti-seepage effect of basement project is good or not is one of the important factors that determine the current basement quality. Therefore, in the actual construction process, construction personnel must not only establish a reasonable waterproof scheme, but also adopt scientific methods in construction technology. During the construction, the staff must have a detailed understanding of the construction technical indicators, and then use this as a basis to establish a real and effective management method. The second is to choose good raw materials and master the appropriate ratio. Therefore, supported by basement engineering experience, this paper makes a simple discussion and analysis on how to implement crack resistance and seepage prevention in underground engineering construction technology of high-rise buildings, hoping to provide some reference opinions for subsequent construction.
