摘 要:针对以往海洋工程用高强度结构钢管制管工艺影响产品精度问题,从材料的力学性能出发,建立卷管中压头与钢板相互作用力学模型,确定各规格压头模具尺寸;分析板材压头过程中的延展变化;并基于有限元模拟方法确定巻制及焊接过程对制管成型的影响,综合生产中各类影响参数确定钢板实际下料尺寸算法。经生产验证,优化后海洋工程高强度结构钢管制管工艺满足了工程项目精度要求,钢管成型精度较好,对结构钢管预制具有一定的工程指导和借鉴意义。It is known that the high strength structural steel pipe manufacture process influences the product accuracy in the past.Based on the mechanical properties of the material,the mechanical model of the interaction between the head and the steel plate was established,and the module size of each specification of the indenter was determined,and the extension change in the process of the plate indenter was analyzed.The influence of the roller and welding process on tube forming was determined based on finite element simulation method,and the actual blanking size of steel plate was determined based on all kinds of influence parameters in production.It is verified by production that the optimized process of high strength structural steel pipe can meet the precision requirements of the project with the good forming precision of steel pipe is good,which has certain engineering guidance and reference significance for the prefabrication of structural steel pipe.
