摘 要:本文运用SBM模型结合Malmquist-Luenberger指数测算了中国文化制造业2012-2017年的绿色全要素生产率及其分解值,在此基础上构建了2012-2016年文化制造业绿色全要素生产率影响因素回归模型,并利用夏普里值法对其影响因素进行了贡献度分解。结果显示:中国文化制造业绿色全要素生产率区域差异较大,西部地区和东部地区高于东北地区和中部地区;文化制造业绿色全要素生产率受禀赋结构、市场需求、地区发展水平、文化产业发展水平等产业发展因素和环境规制强度、能源结构等环境因素影响显著,其中产业发展因素对文化制造业绿色全要素生产率贡献更大。This paper uses the SBM model and the Malmquist-Luenberger index to calculate the green technology efficiency and green total factor productivity factors and their decomposition values of China’s cultural manufacturing industry from 2012 to 2017,and it builds the influencing factors regression model of the green TFP of cultural manufacturing industry from 2012 to 2016 by using the Shapley method to decompose the contribution of its influencing factors.The results show that green TFP in China’s cultural manufacturing industry varies greatly from region to region,with western and eastern regions higher than northeast and central regions.Green TFP of cultural manufacturing industry is significantly influenced by industrial development factors such as endowment structure,market demand,regional development level,cultural industry development level,environmental regulatory intensity,energy structure and other environmental factors,among which industrial development factors contribute more to green TFP of cultural manufacturing industry.
