摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶和原位聚合法制得了聚苯胺-TiO2复合材料,利用Keithley236对聚苯胺-TiO2有机无机复合膜气敏性进行表征,结果表明,该复合膜常温下对三甲基胺等类似的有机挥发气氛具有明显的气敏响应,其响应速度可达3 min时间内3~4个级数的改变,并对高纯氮气具有较好的脱吸性.PANI-TiO2 composites were prepared by sol-gel method and in situ polymerization.The gas sensing properties of PANI-TiO2 composite films were characterized by Keithley236.The results show that the film has a good response to trimethylamine at room temperature,the sensitivity can be changed by 3~4 orders of magnitudes in about 3 minutes.The film has good selectivity for similar gases,and can be completely recovered by high purity nitrogen at room temperature.
