摘 要:通过疲劳升降法对不同厚度(4 mm、12 mm、20 mm、40 mm)6005A-T6铝合金板材的中值疲劳极限(107)进行测定,采用OM、SEM对铝合金板材的微观组织和疲劳断口进行分析.结果表明:4 mm和12 mm原板厚铝合金疲劳试样的中值疲劳极限S50,呈现S50(4 mm)>S50(12 mm)和S50(L向)>S50(T向)的规律,20 mm和40 mm厚心部铝合金疲劳试样的中值疲劳极限S50,呈现S5,(20 mm)>S50(40 mm)和S50(L向)>S50(T向)的规律,主要是由于4 mm厚板材的杂质相小且少于12 mm厚铝板的,20 mm厚板材的杂质相小且少于40 mm厚铝板的,且杂质相沿轧制方向呈一定的方向性分布.不同厚度板材的疲劳断口均呈现出分层现象,且随着厚度的增加,板材疲劳断口的分层程度愈加明显.The median fatigue limit of 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy plates with different thicknesses(4 mm,12 mm,20 mm and 40 mm)were measured by the staircase method,and the microstructure and fatigue fracture of aluminum alloy plate were analyzed by OM and SEM.The results show that the median fatigue limit of 4 mm thick plate is greater than that of 12 mm thick plate,that the median fatigue limit of 20 mm thick plate is greater than that of 40 mm thick plate,and that the median fatigue limit in the direction of rolling is greater than that in the vertical rolling direction,The main reason is that the size of impurity phase of 4 mm thick plate is smaller and the number less than those of 12 mm thick plate,and the size of impurity phase of 20 mm thick plate is smaller and the number less than those of 40 mm thick plate.Besides,the impurity phase is directionally distributed.Delamination appears on fatigue fractures of all the plates,and with the increase of thickness,the delamination degree of fatigue fracture becomes more and more obvious.
