摘  要:304L/碳钢爆炸复合板保留了不锈钢良好的耐蚀性,在石油、化工等领域得到了广泛应用.利用爆炸复合工艺制备了一种304L/碳钢复合板,通过快速动电位极化、循环极化、恒电位极化等电化学技术并结合金相显微镜(OM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对304L复层的晶间腐蚀、点蚀及缝隙腐蚀行为进行研究,结果表明:爆炸复合过程使304L不锈钢的晶界区域析出一些第二相,导致其抗局部腐蚀性能下降.Explosive cladded 304 L/plain carbon steel plates have been popular for engineering applications due to its good corrosion resistance. Here, a kind of 304 L/plain carbon steel plate is prepared by explosive welding. The intergranular corrosion, pitting corrosion and crevice corrosion behavior of the explosive cladding plates are investigated by using potentiodynamic techniques, circular polarization and potentiostatic method, combined with optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the explosive cladding process can cause the precipitation of some second phases in the grain boundary of 304 L stainless steel, which leads to the decrease of its local corrosion resistance.
