摘　　要：目的探讨吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平对高血压合并冠心病患者血压及血清IgA、IgM、IgG水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月昆明医科大学第一附属医院收治的高血压合并冠心病患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组患者治疗药物为氨氯地平,观察组患者在此基础上联合吲达帕胺治疗。两组患者均治疗6周。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后血压SBP、DBP水平及血清IgA、IgM、IgG水平。结果观察组患者临床总有效率为94.28%,高于对照组患者的74.29%;与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者SBP、DBP水平、血清IgA、IgM、IgG水平均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平可有效缓解高血压合并冠心病患者的临床症状,稳定血压水平,改善免疫功能,进而提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of indapamide combined with amlodipine on blood pressxire and serum IgA,IgM and IgG levels in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,70 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table,35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine,and patients in the observation group were treated combined with indapamide on this basis.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The clinical effects after treatment,SBP and DBP levels of blood pressure,serum IgA,IgM,IgG levels before and after treatment of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 94.28%,which was higher than 74.29%of the control group;Compared with before treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP,serum IgA,IgM and IgG of patients in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Indapamide combined with amlodipine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease,stabilize the blood pressure level,improve the immune function,and then increase the treatment effect.
