摘 要:共模扼流圈的工作频率直接影响其工作性能,不同频段的寄生参数会存在一定的差异,因此掌握并表征共模扼流圈在宽频工况下的电气行为是非常有意义的。本文提出了一种共模扼流圈全电路宽频模型的构建方法,该模型可用于电磁干扰滤波器等系统的建模仿真、设计与优化。具体来讲,首先,将共模扼流圈的共模和差模通路模型整合在一个拓扑电路之中,并通过阻抗测量和计算的方法提取模型的参数。其次,考虑到共模扼流圈磁芯的频变特性对其差模电感的影响,提出了一种差模阻抗修正方法。通过非线性拟合优化了差模通路模型阻抗的表达式,结果表明调整后的R2值为0.98512,拟合度较为理想。最后,以双绕组铁氧体磁芯共模扼流圈为例,对该宽频模型进行实验验证,证明了该宽频模型和优化方法的正确性和可行性。The performance of common mode choke(CMC)is affected by the working frequency directly.It is of great significance to disclose the electrical behavior of CMC under wideband conditions since the parasitic parameters vary at different frequency bands.This paper proposed a method for constructing a CMC full-circuit wideband model,which can be used for the modeling,simulation,design and optimization of electromagnetic interference(EMI)filter and other systems.Specifically,the common-mode(CM)and differential-mode(DM)models path of the CMC were integrated into a topology circuit,the parameters of the model were extracted by means of impedance measurement and calculation.Secondly,a differential mode impedance correction method was proposed considering the influence of the frequency variation characteristics of the common mode choke core on its DM inductance.The impedance expression of the DM channel model was optimized by the nonlinear fitting method.The fitting result is good,and the adjusted value of R2 is 0.98512.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the wideband model and optimization method were proved by the experiments of dual-winding ferrite core common mode choke coil.
