摘 要:在港口群范围内,考虑多港口共享的内陆公共腹地,研究了海陆间协同的空箱调运优化问题.在单个内陆场站服务多个港口,即"单站对多港"的前提下,建立多周期的混合整数规划模型,对内陆公共腹地与港口间、港口与港口间的空箱调运方案进行优化,并以辽宁沿海港口群—东北腹地为对象,对模型进行求解;选取场站服务模式、单位租箱成本、运输成本、空箱需求量以及公共腹地数量进行灵敏度分析.结果表明,包括沈阳市、哈尔滨市等五个公共腹地在内的空箱需求变动以及公共腹地服务模式、数量的变动对船公司在大连港、营口港以及丹东港的总成本以及空箱调运方案的影响最大,公共腹地的空箱补给能够为船公司缩减33.01%的总成本,进而证明了公共腹地的空箱是满足船公司空箱需求的重要来源,港口群范围内海陆间协同的空箱调运是控制船公司总成本的有效方式.In the scope of port group,considering the inland public hinterland shared by multiple ports,the optimization of empty container transportation in cooperation between sea and land was studied.On the premise that a single hinterland terminal serves multiple ports,that is,"single terminal to multiple ports",a multi cycle mixed integer programming model was established to optimize the empty container repositioning scheme between the public hinterland and the port,and between the ports.Taking Liaoning coastal port group—northeast hinterland as object,the model was solved;the sensitivity analysis was carried out by selecting terminal service mode,unit rental cost,transportation cost,empty container demand and the number of public hinterland.The results shown that the change of empty container demand and the change of service mode and number of public hinterland in five public hinterland as Shenyang City and Harbin City have a greatest impact on the ship company’s total cost and the empty container repositioning scheme in Dalian port,Yingkou port and Dandong port.The empty container supply from public hinterlands can reduce the total cost of the ship company by 33.01%,which proves that the empty container from public hinterlands is an important source to meet the empty container demand of the ship company.The coordinated empty container repositioning between sea-inland within the scope of port group is an effective way to control the total cost of the ship company.
