摘  要:为解决集装箱植物工厂运行时内部温度偏高且不均匀,无法满足植物生产所需最佳温度等问题,对集装箱植物工厂变频空调系统进行设计。通过对工厂的结构组成进行统计安排,以及总负荷的计算,确定变频空调系统设计方案。通过测试室内外温度、湿度和光照,结果显示,明期集装箱内温度总平均值为26.3℃,湿度总平均值为44.8%,光照总平均值为12082 lx,满足集装箱植物工厂的设计要求。该设计可加快集装箱内的降温速度,实现温度的精确控制。In order to solve problems of high internal temperature and non-uniform,which can not meet optimal temperature for plant production,a variable frequency air conditioning system of container plant factory was designed.Through the statistical arrangement of plant structure and calculation of total load,design scheme of variable frequency air conditioning system was determined.The temperature,humidity and light in and out of the factory were tested.Results showed that average temperature,humidity and illumination in the container were 26.3℃,44.8%and 12082 lx,which meet design requirements of container plant factory.The design could speed up cooling speed in container and realize precise control of temperature.
