Objective To observe the changes of inflammatory indexes in patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)and approach their correlated factors. Methods Using retrospective study method, the elinical data of 71 patients admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Ningxia Hui Aulonomous Region from January 24 to February 25,2020 were ollected. The diferences in white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil count(NEU),lymphocyte count(LYM),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and procaleitonin(PCT)among patients with different clinical types, genders and ages were analyzed and compared.Results①In different clinical types, the various inflammatory indexes of mild and ordinary patients were basically normal;WBC,NEU and LYM in severe and critical patients deereased significanly, which were(3.13±1.27)×10^9/L,(0.93±0.38)×10^9/L,and(0.85±0.45)×10^9/L,respectively.The more severe the disease, the more significant the decrease in cell number, and WBC,NEU and LYM in severe and critical groups were significantly lower than those in ordinary and mild groups[WBC(×10^9/L):3.13±1.27 vs.4.83±1.46,6.53±2.39,NEU(×10^9/L);0.93±0.39vs.2.82±1.26,3.90±1.80,LYM(×10^9/L):0.85+0.45 vs.1.59±0.62,1.99+0.77,all P<0.05].ESR,hs-CRP and PCT of mild group were all within normal reference range;ESR,hs-CRP and PCT in ordinary group were increased;ESR,hs-CRP and PCT in severe and critical groups were also increased, and the more serious the disease, the higher the ESR,hs-CRP and PCT;ESR.hs-CRP and PCT in severe and critical groups were higher than those in mild and ordinary groups[ESR(mm/lh):17.1(26.2)vs.6.5(17.0),1.0(4.5),hs-CRP(mg/L):24.69(28.89)vs.4.07(9.72).0.51(2.76),PCT(μg/L):0.130(0.090)vs.0.052(0.260),0.036(0.040)].②There was no significant diference in inflammatory indexes between dffrent genders(all P>0.05).③Among age factors, the diferences in LYM,ESR and hs-CRP among different age groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).With increase of age,WBC and LYM decreased first and then inc
