摘 要:采用矿物油为基础油,用石油磺酸钠代替石油磺酸钡,并与其它防锈剂进行复合,有效杜绝了重金属离子,主要研究了高闪点防锈油的配方优化和抗盐雾性能检测.优化实验中采用单因素优化法,确定了环烷酸辛、OP-10、石油磺酸钠等添加剂的最优百分比.实验结果表明,涂油的铸钢零件在密闭盐雾环境中72 h无生锈现象,产品效果稳定.The mineral oil is used as the base oil,the petroleum sulfonate sodium is used as the substitute for petroleum sulfonate barium,and the compound is mixed with other antirust agents to effectively eliminate heavy metal ions.This paper is aimed at optimizing the formula of high flash point antirust oil and testing the salt fog resistance.The optimization method by single factor experiment and optimization is used to determine the optimal percentage of zinc naphthenate,OP-10,petroleum sodium sulfonate.The experimental results show that there is no rust on the oil filled steel castings in the sealed salt fog environment for 72 h,and the product has a stable effect.
