硝苯地平与富马酸比索洛尔联合使用治疗中青年高血压疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨硝苯地平与富马酸比索洛尔联合使用治疗中青年高血压临床疗效及安全性.方法 选取2018年1月—2019年12月入院就诊的中青年高血压患者96例,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各48例进行回顾性分析,对照组给予硝苯地平控释片口服治疗,观察组给予硝苯地平控释片和富马酸比索洛尔片联合口服治疗,8周后比较两组患者血压控制情况以及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗前,两组患者血压水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者血压均有显著降低,且观察组血压改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(95.8%)高于对照组(81.2%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.031,P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.000,P>0.05).结论 中青年高血压患者采用硝苯地平和富马酸比索洛尔联合治疗,降压效果显著优于单一使用硝苯地平片,且安全性可靠.Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of nifedipine tablets and bisoprolol fumarate tablets in the treatment of young and middle-aged hypertension.Methods 96 young and middle-aged hypertensive patients who were admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of random number table for retrospective analysis.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets,the observation group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets and bisoprolol fumarate tablets.Eight weeks later,the blood pressure control and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly,and the improvement of blood pressure in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.8%higher than that in the control group(81.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(x^2=5.031,P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(x^=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of nifedipine and bisoprolol fumarate in young and middle-aged patients with hypertension is more effective than nifedipine alone,and safe.
