摘　　要：目的 研究微创钢板内固定术(MIPO)在电视胸腔镜(VATS)辅助下治疗肋骨骨折的临床效果.方法 回顾2015年12月—2019年12月治疗的50例肋骨骨折患者进行研究,观察组采用胸腔镜辅助MIPO应用预成型肋骨锁定钛板(MatrixRIB)进行肋骨骨折固定,对照组采用传统切开复位内固定术进行肋骨骨折固定.观察两组患者的临床疗效、治疗指标及并发症.结果 观察组与对照组入院时VAS疼痛评分及手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后3 d疼痛评分、术后7 d疼痛评分、术中出血量、胸管拔除时间、住院时间、手术切口长度及术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用MIPO技术在胸腔镜辅助下治疗肋骨骨折可显著提高治疗的效果,值得临床推广应用.Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis(MIPO)assisted by video-assisted thoracoscopy(VATS)in the treatment of rib fractures.Methods A retrospective study was performed in 60 patients with rib fractures treated in the thoracic surgery department from December 2015 to December 2019.In the observation group,thoracoscopic assisted MIPO was used to fix the rib fracture with preformed rib locking titanium plate(MatrixRIB).The rib fracture in the control group was fixed with traditional open reduction and internal fixation.The clinical curative effect,treatment index and complications of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in VAS pain score and operation time between the observation group and the control group.The pain score 3 days and 7 days after surgery,intraoperative blood loss,chest tube extubation time,hospitalization time,surgical incision length and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MIPO technique in the treatment of rib fracture assisted by thoracoscopy can significantly improve the effect of treatment and is worthy of clinical application.
