摘 要:目的分析在校大学生无偿献血者传染病检查项目的检测结果和血液报废情况,为临床用血安全和学校疾病的防控工作提供依据。方法对2015年—2019年六安市在校大学生无偿献血者谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)、抗丙型肝炎病毒抗体(anti-HCV)、抗人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体(anti-HIV)、抗梅毒螺旋体(anti-TP)抗体筛查和核酸检测情况进行回顾性调查统计分析。结果与其他献血者比较,在校大学生血液质量整体较优,特别是ALT、anti-TP抗体阳性率低于其他人群,存在显著差异(χ2=136.4,P<0.01;χ2=6.33,P<0.05)。HBsAg、anti-HCV和anti-HIV与其他献血者比较,差异无统计学意义。结论在校大学生血液报废的主要原因是ALT和HBsAg不达标,其次是anti-TP和anti-HCV,特别是anti-TP阳性率呈上升趋势,应当引起学校和相关部门的重视。Objective To analyze the results of infection disease examination and blood scrapping in voluntary blood donors among college students,so as to provide the evidence of disease prevention and control in colleges and safety of blood use in clinic.Methods The blood samples antibody of ALT、HBsAg、anti-HCV、anti-HIV、anti-TP in Lu,an city voluntary blood donors among college students from 2015 to 2019 were tested and analyzed by ELISA method and HBV DNA,HCV RNA,HIV RNA detection by nucleic acid method.Results Compared with other blood donors,the blood quality of college students is better.Especially ALT and TP levels were lower than other peoples(χ2=136.4,P<0.01;χ2=6.33,P<0.05).The statistical difference was not found in HBsAg,anti-HCV and anti-HIV between college and other donors.Conclusions The firstly factor of blood scrapping was ALT,and HBsAg,anti-TP,anti-HCV respectively.Colleges and related departments should be carry out work to control the positive rate of anti-TP increasing.
