摘　　要：肺炎链球菌(Streptococcus pneumoniae,SP)可引起侵袭性和非侵袭性肺炎链球菌性疾病,严重威胁儿童的健康。青霉素曾是治疗肺炎链球菌感染的最有效药物之一,但随着临床抗菌药物的广泛使用,出现了耐青霉素肺炎链球菌(Penicillin-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae,PRSP),增加了肺炎链球菌感染的治疗难度。笔者就PRSP近年来引起的相关疾病及其相对应的治疗方案进行综述,旨在为PRSP的感染控制及临床治疗提供参考。Streptococcus pneumoniae(SP)can cause invasive and non-invasive diseases of Streptococcus pneumoniae,which seriously threaten the health of children.Penicillin used to be one of the most effective drugs for the treatment of Streptococcus pneumoniae infection,but with the wide use of clinical antibiotics,penicillin resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae(PRSP)appeared,which increased the difficulty of treatment of Streptococcus pneumoniae infection.In this paper,the related diseases caused by PRSP in recent years and the research progress of the corresponding treatment plan were reviewed,in order to provide a reference for the infection control and clinical treatment of PRSP.
