甘草酸二胺与异甘草酸治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较甘草酸二胺与异甘草酸治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法选取万安县人民医院2017—2018年收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者62例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组给予甘草酸二铵治疗,观察组给予异甘草酸镁治疗。比较2组治疗前后肝功能指标,包括总胆红素(TBIL)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),并比较2组临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果治疗前2组TBIL、AST、ALT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组TBIL、AST、ALT低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论异甘草酸镁在慢性乙型肝炎治疗中,对改善患者症状及肝功能指标方面优于甘草酸二铵,且安全性较高。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of diamine glycyrrhizinate and isoglycyrrhizic acid in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of 62 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected from 2017 to 2018 in Wan’an People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate,and the observation group was given magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate.The liver function indexes including total bilirubin(TBIL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TBIL,AST and ALT between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,TBIL,AST and ALT in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate is better than diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,and with high safety.
