成人特发性膜性肾病的中医证型及中药组方应用情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨成人特发性膜性肾病的中医证型及中药组方应用情况。方法选取新疆生产建设兵团医院2015年10月—2018年10月收治的成人特发性膜性肾病患者94例,观察中医证型分布情况,药物应用频次,组方用药中药物四气分布情况。结果94例患者其中医本证以脾肾气虚证为主(占69.15%),中医标证以湿热证(占69.15%)、血瘀证(占17.02%)为主。本研究对筛选后的440首中药方剂内药物频次给予频次统计,可获得94味中药频次,22味中药使用频次≥85次,其中,黄芪、党参使用频次相对较高,分别为430次与417次。本研究内组方用药中,平性药、温热药、寒凉药占比分别为25.53%、30.85%、40.43%。结论成人特发性膜性肾病常见中医证型以脾肾气虚为本,以血瘀、湿热为标,黄芪、党参使用频次较高,且以寒凉药为主。Objective To explore the TCM syndrome types of adult idiopathic membranous nephropathy and application of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.Methods 94 cases of adult idiopathic membranous nephropathy in Xinjiang production and Construction Corps Hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 were selected to observe the distribution of TCM syndrome types,drug application frequency,and drug four Qi distribution in the prescription.Results Among the 94 patients,spleen and kidney qi deficiency(69.15%)was the main TCM syndrome,dampness heat syndrome(69.15%)and blood stasis syndrome(17.02%)were the main TCM syndrome.In this study,the frequency of drugs in 440 selected traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions was statistically analyzed,and 94 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were obtained,and 22 kinds of Chinese medicine were used more than 85 times.Among them,Astragalus membranaceus and Codonopsis pilosula were relatively high,430 times and 417 times respectively.In this study,the proportion of mild drugs,warm drugs and cold drugs were 25.53%,30.85%and 40.43%respectively.Conclusion The common TCM Syndromes of adult idiopathic membranous nephropathy are based on the deficiency of spleen and kidney qi.
