摘 要:为了研究混合励磁开关磁链电机(hybrid excited switched flux permanent magnet,HESFPM,motors)的调磁特性,探讨影响HESFPM电机调磁性能的主要因素,解决具有宽调磁能力的HESFPM电机优化设计问题,文章通过分析不同定/转子极数和绕组结构的混合励磁开关磁链电机的拓扑结构、工作原理,比较了不同定/转子极数的混合励磁开关磁链电机的电磁性能和调磁性能。采用磁路分析方法和有限元计算方法,比较研究了不同电流密度、不同直流励磁绕组与电枢绕组槽面积对HESFPM电机电磁性能和调磁能力的影响。分析结果表明,对于采用相同定子结构的HESFPM电机,转子极数为N_s+2 (N_s为定子极数)的12槽HESFPM电机具有比转子极数为N_s-2的HESFPM电机具有更高的电磁转矩和更宽的调磁能力。最后,通过对一台12/10 HESFPM实验样机的测试进行验证。In order to investigate the flux adjustment capability of the hybrid excited switched flux permanent magnet(HESFPM)machines,explore the main factors to influence the flux adjustment,and solve the machine optimization design problem for the HESFPM machine.Electromagnetic performance and flux adjustment capability of hybrid excited switched flux permanent magnet(HESFPM)machines with different rotor pole numbers were investigated.The influence of field currents on the flux adjustment capability was presented as well as the influence of the slot area ratio between the field and armature windings.It shows that at the same structures of stator and same slot area ratio,the HESFPM machine with rotor pole number of N s+2(N s is stator pole number)exhibits higher torque and better flux-weakening and flux-enhancing capability than the HESFPM machine with rotor pole number of N s-2.For verification,tests on the prototype HESFPM machine were presented.
