摘  要:为了解决耦合电感Boost变换器电压增益低、功率开关管两端电压尖峰高以及输出二极管电压应力大等问题,提出一种改进型低电压应力耦合电感高增益Boost变换器。该变换器通过引入倍压单元,不仅能够吸收漏感能量,抑制开关管两端的电压尖峰,而且能将耦合电感二次侧交流电压整流为直流电压,从而降低输出二极管的电压应力。通过合理设计漏感,可解决二极管的反向恢复问题,并实现所有二极管的零电流关断,从而提高了变换器的工作效率。该电路拓扑中所有功率器件的电压应力均低于输出电压,可选取低耐压、低寄生参数的功率器件。最后搭建了额定功率100 W的实验样机,实测变换器的最大效率达到90. 3%,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。In order to solve the problems of low voltage gain,high voltage-spikes across the switch tube,and high output diode voltage-stress in the coupled-inductor Boost converter,a high step-up improved low voltage-stress Boost converter with coupled inductors is proposed.By introducing a voltage multiplying unit,the converter absorbed leakage-inductance energy and suppressed voltage-spikes across the switch,and rectified the AC voltage on the secondary side of the coupled-inductor to a DC voltage,thereby reducing the voltage-stress on the output diode.By properly designing the leakage-inductance of the converter,the problem of reverse recovery of the diode was solved,and the zero current switch of all diodes was achieved,thereby improving the working efficiency of the converter.The voltage-stress of all power devices in this circuit topology is lower than the output voltage.Power devices with low withstand voltage and low parasitic parameters can be selected.Finally,an experimental prototype with a rated power of 100 W was built,and the measured maximum efficiency of the converter reached 90.3%.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by experimental results.
