摘  要:目的前庭诱发肌源性电位(VEMP)对前庭功能障碍的定位诊断有重要意义,但检查方法目前尚未达成共识.本文旨在分析不同参考电极放置方法是否会对颈性前庭诱发肌源性电位(cervical VEMP,cVEMP)产生影响.方法对28名正常受试者行cVEMP检查,先将参考电极放置于胸骨柄(A方法),随后将参考电极放置于右侧手腕内侧(B方法)检查记录cVEMP.对两种方法记录到的P1、N1潜伏期,P1-N1振幅,矫正后P1-N1振幅比进行配对t检验.结果A和B两种方法比较P1潜伏期(P>0.05)、N1潜伏期(P>0.05)、P1-N1振幅(P>0.05)、P1-N1矫正后振幅比(P>0.05),差异均无统计学意义.结论cVEMP检查参考电极放置在胸骨柄或右侧手腕内侧,两种方法得到的参数是等效的,临床上可根据实际情况进行选择.OBJECTIVE Vestibular evoked myogenic potential(VEMP)is of great significance in the accurate diagnosis of vestibular dysfunction,but researchers haven't reached an agreement on the examination methods.The aim of this study was to determine whether different reference electrode placement methods could impact cervical vestibular evoked myogenic potential(cV EMP).METHODS 28 normal participants were recruited.First the reference electrode was placed in the manubrium sterni(Method A)and the cVEMP was recorded.Then the reference electrode was placed at the medial right wrist(Method B).The parameters including P1,N1 latencies,P1-N1 amplitudes,and rectified P1-N1 amplitudes ratio were analyzed by paired t test.RESULTS There was no significant difference in P1 latency(P>0.05),N1 latency(P>0.05),P1-N1 amplitude(P>0.05)and rectified P1-N1 amplitude ratio(P>0.05)between A and B methods,respectively.CONCLUSION The parameters obtained by different electrode placement methods(including placing the reference electrode at the manubrium sterni and at the medial right wrist)during cVEMP examination are equivalent.
