摘 要:本研究目的在于说明高职学生情绪调节策略与心理弹性、生活满意度的关系,采用问卷调查的方式,进行相关分析、回归分析。结果发现,高职学生的积极认知调节策略与心理弹性呈正相关,消极认知情绪调节策略与生活满意度呈负相关,心理弹性与生活满意度呈正相关。积极认知调节策略在心理弹性与生活满意度之间存在中介效应。由此可见,高职学生的认知情绪调节策略与心理弹性、生活满意度息息相关。The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between emotional regulation strategies,psychological resilience and life satisfaction of higher vocational college students.A questionnaire was adopted to conduct correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results showed that the positive cognitive regulation strategies of higher vocational college students were positively correlated with their psychological resilience,while the negative cognitive emotional regulation strategies were negatively correlated with their life satisfaction,and the psychological resilience was positively correlated with their life satisfaction.There is a mediating effect between positive cognitive regulation strategies,mental resilience and life satisfaction.It can be seen that the cognitive emotional regulation strategies of higher vocational college students are closely related to psychological resilience and life satisfaction.
