摘  要:许多气井下入速度管后产气量有所降低。为了解释这一现象,首先利用公开文献报道的65井次速度管流动压力测试数据,对石油工程常用的8种气液两相管流压降模型进行评价优选;其次以一口典型气井为例,利用优选的两相管流模型,结合节点系统分析方法,对不同油管尺寸下的摩阻压力梯度和产气量进行预测,并分析了气井下入速度管后产量降低的原因;最后结合实际案例,讨论了速度管减产的预防对策。分析结果表明:速度管在防止积液的同时,可能因流动摩阻的增大,对气井产量有抑制作用,这解释了许多气井下入速度管后产量降低的原因;前期采用速度管与原管柱之间的小环空生产,后期采用速度管生产,逐级减小流通面积,可以将摩阻压降控制在较低范围。研究成果对速度管排液采气工艺选井及优化设计具有一定的指导意义。It has been found in practice that the production of many gas wells has decreased after running the velocity string.To explain this phenomenon,firstly,using the 65 well-time velocity string flow pressure test data reported in the public literature,the eight commonly used gas-liquid two-phase pipe flow pressure drop models are evaluated and selected.Then,a typical gas well is taken for case study.Using the selected two-phase pipe flow model,combined with the node system analysis method,the friction pressure gradient and gas production under different tubing sizes are predicted,and the reasons for the decrease of production after the gas well is running with the velocity string are analyzed.Finally,combined with case study,the preventive countermeasures for the velocity string production reduction are discussed.The analysis results show that while the velocity string prevents fluid accumulation,it may have an inhibitory effect on gas well production due to the increase in flow friction,which explains the reason for the decrease in production after the velocity string is run in many gas wells.Using the small annulus between the velocity string and the original tube in the early stage and then the velocity string in the later stage could reduce the flow area step by step,and can control the friction pressure drop in a lower range.The research results have certain guiding significance for well selection and optimization design of velocity string deliquification and gas recovery technology.
