乳癖消片联合散结乳癖膏治疗乳腺增生的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨乳癖消片联合散结乳癖膏治疗乳腺增生的效果。方法选取2019年4~9月我院收治的70例乳腺增生患者作为研究对象,按照随机纸片法将其分为对照组(35例)与观察组(35例),对照组采用乳癖消片治疗,观察组采用乳癖消片联合散结乳癖膏治疗。比较两组的疼痛评分、生活质量评分、临床疗效、乳房肿块消除时间、乳房疼痛消失时间的情况。结果两组患者治疗前疼痛评分和生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组和观察组治疗后疼痛评分[(5.2±1.1)分和(4.0±0.8)分]均低于同组治疗前[(6.7±1.5)分和(6.4±1.7)分],生活质量评分[(78.4±9.2)分和(88.7±8.8)分]均高于同组治疗前[(67.8±10.2)分和(66.4±9.9)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的疼痛评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率(97.1%)高于对照组(85.7%),观察组乳房肿块消除时间[(2.6±0.8)d]、乳房疼痛消失时间[(2.0±0.9)d]均短于对照组[(4.2±1.4)d和(3.7±1.1)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳癖消片联合散结乳癖膏治疗乳腺增生患者,疼痛感明显降低,生活质量和临床效果得到提高,缩短了临床症状的改善时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Rupixiao Tablets combined with Sanjie Rupi Ointment in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.Methods A total of 70 patients with breast hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from April to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases)according to the random paper method.The control group was treated with Rupixiao Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Rupixiao Tablets combined with Sanjie Rupi Ointment.The visual analogue score,quality of life score,clinical efficacy,breast lumps elimination time and breast pain disappearance time were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in visual analogue score and quality of life score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The visual analogue scores in the control group and the observation group after treatment([5.2±1.1]and[4.0±0.8]points)were lower than those before treatment([6.7±1.5]and[6.4±1.7]points),quality of life scores([78.4±9.2]points and[88.7±8.8]points)were higher than those before treatment([67.8±10.2]and[66.4±9.9]points),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue score in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(97.1%)was higher than that in the control group(85.7%),the breast lumps elimination time in the observation group([2.6±0.8]d)and the breast pain disappearance time([2.0±0.9]d)were shorter than those in the control group([4.2±1.4]d and[3.7±1.1]d),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rupixiao Tablets combined with Sanjie Rupi Ointment in the treatment of patients with breast hyperplasia has significantly reduced pain,improved quality of life and clinical effect,shortened th
