摘　　要：自我管理在慢性心力衰竭患者的生理、心理以及社会适应方面均起到重要作用。良好的自我管理行为能够有效降低慢性心力衰竭患者的再入院率,减轻患者的经济负担,改善其预后水平及生活质量。本文从慢性心力衰竭患者自我管理的研究现状入手,对自我管理的内在影响因素和外在影响因素进行归纳和阐述,旨在为构建有效干预方案提高患者的自我管理能力提供参考。Self-management plays an important role in physical,psychological and social adaptation of patients with chronic heart failure.High-level self-management behavior can effectively reduce the readmission rate of patients with chronic heart failure,reduce the economic burden of patients and improve their prognosis and quality of life.This article starts with the research status of self-management in patients with chronic heart failure,summarizes and elaborates the internal and external influencing factors of self-management so as to provide a reference for constructing effective intervention programs to improve patients'self-management ability.
