摘  要:介绍了一种X射线衍射仪高频高压电源智能控制系统,该系统以PLC为核心控制区,结合比例积分电路,实现对高压电源的智能化控制。采用MCGS昆仑通态触摸屏作为控制器,实现人机交互,可实时监控和显示电路工作情况。测试结果表明,该系统能实现管电压与管电流连续可调等目标以及过压过流、欠压欠流等保护功能,具有体积小、操作简便、精度高、工作稳定等优点。An intelligent control system of high frequency and high voltage power supply for X-ray diffractometer was introduced.The system took PLC as the core control area and combined with proportional integral circuit to realize intelligent control of high voltage power supply.MCGS touch screen was adopted as the controller to realize man-machine interaction,and the circuit could be monitored and displayed in real time.The test results showed that the system could achieve the goals of continuously adjustable voltage and current,as well as the protection functions of over-voltage and over-current,under-voltage and under-current,etc.The system had the advantages of small volume,simple operation,high precision and stable operation.
