摘　　要：励磁断路器是发电机励磁系统的重要组成部件,对某核电厂UNITROL 6800励磁断路器偶发性合闸失败问题原因进行分析,结合工程实际设计特点及合闸控制逻辑对故障进行定位,并提出了解决方案。现场实际验证该方案可行,可为同型号励磁系统提供参考。Excitation circuit breaker is an important component of generator excitation system.The causes of accidental closing failure of UNITROL 6800 excitation circuit breaker in a nuclear power plant were analyzed.Combined with the actual design characteristics and closing control logic,the fault was located,and the solution was proposed.It was proved that the scheme was feasible and could provide reference for the excitation system of the same type.
